He was created by Sakururi, based on edits to songs with Kasane Teto, with a lower pitch, which resulted in lower tones in the voice. The desire to create a male version of Teto was also evident. Ted's voice is obtained by applying the g+30 parameter to any Teto Kasane voicebank. Teto's regular CV voicebank, however, is recorded at a higher pitch than his VCV and CVVC voicebanks, so a lower g flag can be used for them. He inherits any qualities, characteristics, limitations and properties of Teto, as far as the voicebank is concerned; any additions to Teto's language and pronunciation capabilities can be applied to Ted instantly.
